Boat Trips
Guests can be taken on guided boat tours by motorboat or in traditional dugout canoes through the Namacurra river mouth channel and the mangrove area where a variety of interesting water birds like flamingos, green backed heron, open- billed storks or malachite kingfishers can be seen. Guided village tours can also be arranged to nearby Idugo island, where guests will be welcomed by the friendly islanders, take a walk through the village and get a taste of traditional African life, as well as the chance to buy local crafts.
